Yes! Each halo is designed to be lightweight and comfortable, making them perfect for all-day wear.
Will the halos hold up in heat?
Absolutely. Topo Halos are secured with heat-resistant adhesive, making them durable and reliable even in warm weather and outdoor environments.
What size are the headbands?
Topo Halos are one size fits most and are designed to comfortably fit both adults and children.
Are the halos handmade?
Yes! Every Topo Halo is carefully handmade, which means slight variations may occur — making each piece unique.
Do you offer customization or personalization?
At this time, we do not offer custom or personalized Topo Halos. Each piece is thoughtfully designed as part of our curated collections.
How should I care for my Topo Halo?
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Avoid excessive bending or crushing
- Spot clean gently if needed
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
Do you offer any promotions or discounts?
Yes! We occasionally offer email-exclusive promotions and early access to new drops. Join our email list to stay in the loop and receive these special offers.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll go above and beyond to make things right
How long does processing/shipping take?
Processing times vary based on demand. Our updated processing time will always be displayed in our announcement banner at the top of our home page or down below. Please note that orders of 10 or more headbands may have a longer processing time than stated. Shipping times vary based on location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment. Current Processing Time: 3-5 business days
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes! All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What happens if my package is lost?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery.
If your package is lost in transit and was never marked as delivered, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or resolution.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier. While we are not responsible for packages once marked as delivered, we’re always happy to help guide you through those steps.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are happy to correct any address discrepensies before an order is marked as shipped; please email us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for orders shipped out to incorrect addresses provided at checkout, after the order has shipped. If an order is returned to us, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We’re so sorry if this happens! If your item arrives damaged or has a production issue, we’re happy to make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the damage or issue
- Let us know if you’d prefer a replacement or a refund
Once we receive your email, we will promptly process your request — either issuing a refund or sending a replacement at no additional cost.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $50, automatically discounted at checkout.
Will you be releasing new designs?
Yes! New Topo Halo styles are released regularly, so be sure to check back for new drops or sign up to our email subscription to be notified of new releases & exclusive discounts.
